It has come to the attention of the Jake A. Walton Law Firm that fraudulent emails are currently being issued by person(s) identifying themselves as “Jack Walton.” The “Jack Walton” scam emails can be interpreted as a fraudulent impersonation of Attorney Jake Walton, or misleadingly suggest that Attorney Jake Walton is handling an Inheritance matter and may be in a position to disburse funds to the email recipient.

Please note that The Jake A. Walton Law Firm does not handle Inheritance matters or Trust and Estate matters. Please also note that The Jake A. Walton Law Firm based in San Diego, California is not affiliated in any way with the “Jack Walton Law Firm LLC” of, variously, Houston, TX or London, Georgia, or “Barrister Jack Walton ESQ.” If you have received a “Jack Walton” Scam Email, but are not a resident of California who is facing a debt collection issue, it is safe to assume that the email is fraudulent, or, at the very least, that the email was not issued by Attorney Jake A.
